The Firm
A small house. Built for the long term.
Vortex Labs is a private engineering firm headquartered in a period building on Munich's Leopoldstraße, in Schwabing. We design, build, and own proprietary infrastructure for institutional-grade execution on the Solana blockchain.
Our work sits at the intersection of distributed-systems engineering, applied mathematics, and market microstructure. We run our own infrastructure and develop our software end-to-end — and we own the intellectual property behind it.
We never custody third-party funds. Our outputs are operational systems and the results they produce — verifiable on-chain.

Four areas of work, executed in-house. Each component is built, tested, deployed, and maintained by the firm. We rely on no third-party software in the critical execution path.

Custom pipelines for sub-millisecond data ingestion, state reconstruction, and transaction submission. Co-located with validator infrastructure. Instrumented end-to-end with continuous telemetry.

Quantitative modeling of liquidity dynamics across decentralised venues. Statistical inference, opportunity identification, and rigorous backtesting against historical network state.

Execution engines written in Rust with deterministic behaviour under high concurrency. Engineered for correctness first, performance second — both uncompromised. Every component testable in isolation.
